These Terms describe use of the OperisFlow public website and the linked OperisFlow Preview application. The preview supports early testing and is separate from a future production service.
Agreement and accounts
By using the public website or preview, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use them. To create an application account, you must provide accurate information, keep your sign-in credentials secure and follow the legal acceptance steps shown during registration. You are responsible for activity under your account and should promptly report suspected unauthorized access to [email protected].
Preview availability and data
The linked application is a staging preview. Features and availability may change during testing. Preview records may be modified, migrated or reset before production. Do not rely on it as permanent production record storage. The public site's interactive examples are fictional and do not create real operational records.
Authorized use
Use OperisFlow only for accounts, organizations and information you are authorized to access. Do not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the service, abuse security or registration controls, upload malicious code or files, or use the service to violate others' rights. We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably needed to address misuse, security concerns or violations of these Terms.
Information you submit
You and your organization are responsible for the accuracy, lawfulness and authorization of information you enter or upload, including property, work, contact and document information. Submit only content you have the right to use and share in this preview. Access to organization information remains controlled by application memberships and permissions.
OperisFlow materials and other services
The OperisFlow name, site content, design and software remain protected materials. These Terms do not transfer ownership of them or of information you submit. Some features may use third-party infrastructure or communication services to operate the preview; their availability can affect those features.
Changes and contact
We may update these Terms as the public site and application develop. The revision date above identifies the current public version. The application may present its own versioned legal documents during registration; acceptance of those documents is recorded by the application.
